      In both networks, on the left side of the switch, you used trunk mode to
      config the switch port to the ip phone/PC vs on the right side you used
      access mode. Any particular reason on which mode to use, or they both will
      work on all situations? Thx

      access. Also it helps to figure it out when you forget the ip source
      address in the telephony services because of the error it makes me clear to
      my mind the importance of that command. This helps me a lot to understand
