how to get past cell number requests without a cell phone?
I’m getting realy annoyed that more and more I keep encountering windows that can’t be viewed or activated until you "complete one of the following surveys". Even on Facebook! however, at the end of every survey or questionaire it request a cell phone number and/or cell phone carrier. I don’t have a cell phone and don’t plan on getting one anytime soon. so how do I activate these windows without a cell? or get past these silly things?

The real answer is that it does not matter. For you to fill out the survey, etc. You have to opt-in for a 3rd party billing program on your cell phone. It is nothing but a scam to add a charge to your monthly cell phone bill.
